We’ve continued to fine tune the recipe to better match our beloved homebrew version. This one is REALLY close.We toned down the ashy roast malt character from the previous version and the result is a silky smooth, not too sweet, not too bitter, easy drinking Stout! We’re eager to share it with you!

James’ grandfather, Harold is portrayed below next to his favorite cow! When we came upon a collection of turn of the century, invoices from the family dairy business and a bunch of the classic old waxed cardboard MILK caps, we realized we HAD to brew a milk stout in his honor.
