Building on Prova 13: Raspberry Stout & Bacio: Chocalate Hazelnut Stout, we made some half & half blends at the end of the shift that were pretty tasty. So we are layering in components from both – adding cocoa & hazelnut to the rasberry party. Because sometimes more is more.
(And if James seems grumpy, it’s cuz I rejected his proposed name of A-RAZ-STITO for this experiment. :-P)
