Overeducated
An obscure style we discovered while visiting Nuremberg, Rotbier (red beer) has two local variants: a fairly clean, malty lager and Rotweisse; an amber malty version of German Hefeweizen.
We are striking a balance of the two: bringing a restrained Hefeweizen character to a rich, amber lager malt bill.
