This Malty & Rich beer is strongly associated with Oktoberfest though we sometimes brew it in March. After all, the beer style Märzen was typically brewed in March with more alcohol and more hops to allow the beer to last during Summer months (when it was too warm to brew). Plus we think it’s good to practice for Oktoberfest!
Koppar is a pure celebration of German Malt: with layered flavors & aromas of toasted bread crust, caramel & notes of honey. We’ve added just enough Noble German hops to balance the sweetness and provide a fairly crisp finish. Not too sweet, not too dry.
