We took inspiration for this variant from the beer itself. Well, the yeast really. The bulk of the unique flavor and aroma in this beer comes from the yeast which produces strong citrus and peppery notes. We doubled down on the citrus & pepper to make a bolder expression which is even more refreshing than the original!
