Assistant Taproom Operations Manager
We're looking for a friendly, driven, detail oriented person who enjoys some customer interaction, but thrives on behind-the-scenes tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening the taproom on weekday afternoons but the bulk of hours will be dedicated to support tasks such as: inventory management, taproom cleaning, event planning, basic cocktail prep, social media, food truck schedule, newsletter communications, confirming musical acts etc. The Taproom manager may also periodically assign project-based work to support various initiatives at the brewery. In-person obligations will generally be confined to daytime hours on weekdays (i.e. 9-5), keeping evenings and weekends free. However there may be occasional requests for night / weekend shifts to support significant special events or cover staff vacations.
