Everything starts later in the summer. You stay out later on Friday night, wake up later Saturday morning, eat lunch later not to mention all that pesky yard work! Most importantly, you start imbibing later.
So to better match when people visit the taproom in the Summertime, we’ve shifted the opening by 2 hours and added a bonus hour at the end of the night. That’s right, now you stop by the brewery for drinks AFTER that 7PM dinner rez for a nightcap.
Actually, I regret writing “rez”. It was half-sincere and half-attempted-humor. Either way, I will leave it here as a warning for future me to not try to be hip again. You’re welcome future me. You’re welcome.
