Star-San is a Phosphoric Acid based sanitizer.

Use protective gloves & eyewear.

Dosage Rate

Dose 30ml into 5 gallons of cold water.

Pot Life

In a sealed container, Star-San retains it’s sanitizing power indefinitely.

Method

1. Fill the More Beer branded bucket with 5 gallons of fresh, cold water.
2. Using standard PPE, measure 1 oz / 30 ml of Star San using built-in measuring section in bottle.
3. Pour in Star-San.
4. Stir with a clean long handled spoon.
5. Cover tightly with lid when done.
