Mop Taproom

Here is the procedure for mopping the taproom.

1. Stack tall chairs in pairs (inverting one on top of the other)
2. Move tall chair pairs to the rugged section of the taproom
3. Invert all benches on the short tables (being careful not to scratch the table)
4. Move any other large items from the taproom floor such as patio tables or chairs off the main floor.
5. Use the broom to sweep up any large debris
6. Use the wide dry mop to clear any remaining dust / debris
7. Prepare the Floor Cleaner
