We’ll be tapping some special beers plus: live traditional music, steinholding, beer brats, pretzels w/beer cheese and more!
But never fear, you can still join in the fun. You do NOT need tickets to get in. This event is FREE for all. You’ll just want to arrive on the earlier side to claim one of the non-VIP seats or be prepared to stand for a bit to wait for seats to open up.
We’ve invited back the Thread City Brass Quintet to play traditional Bavarian music during our Saturday celebration.
This list will expand as we get closer to the event…stay tuned!
KOPPAR We love all types of beer, but when breeze turns cool, and the leaves turn red & orange, we crave those cozy malty lagers. This is a deliciously smooth, rich and malty, toasty and bready with just a touch of caramel sweetness. For the celebration, we will be serving this beer on sidepull faucet!
KOPPAR RUSTICA Inspired by our recent travels to Bamberg, this is a smokey take on the Maerzen.
COCOA SPUMONI ~ PUB STYLE A special cask of Holy Spumoni dosed with Organic cocoa-nibs.
The first 3 nights of Festaversary week, we’ll offer qualifiers for the Steinholding CHAMPIONSHIP on Saturday. There will be 6 slots for the ladies and 6 slots for the men. The top finishers each night will qualify for the championship.
Do I need to purchase tickets to attend the Saturday celebration?
Nope. The VIP Tickets guarantee you a seat, but we only set aside about half the seats for that. You will still want to come on the earlier side to stake your claim – especially if you have a big group!
Can I still buy one of those sweet ceramic steins even if I’m not a VIP?
Yessum! We will have a limited number of steins available for purchase at the event!
Should I wear traditional German tract? (Lederhosen, Dirndl, etc..)
Absolutely! It’s always great to see folks decked out in tradtional garb! It’s certainly not an obligation - plenty of people wear normal clothes - but we encourage it if you’re up for it.
I thought you opened in September. What’s the deal?
We opened to the public on September 12, 2019 but we always thought it’d be perfect to celebrate Oktoberfest-style! Our Grand Opening was in October so we decided to align our anniversary party with the festival in Munich.
