Ali Kat & The Revelators are a collection of close friends bringing together funk, soul, and rock n’ roll for a fun, funky, high-energy musical experience that you won’t soon forget! Singer/songwriter/frontwoman Ali Kat is known for her uniquely soulful sound, powerful vocals, and infectious personality. Along with her, Ali Kat brings the Revelators, composed of core members Brian Willard (guitar) and Jason Foppe (bass) as well as a rotating cast of percussion, brass, and woodwind instrumentalists. Ali Kat Acoustic has performed in the taproom a few times and we kept trying to figure out how to get more people to hear her spectacularly soulful & passionate vocals. We knew she was in a funk band but thought it might be too big for our little space. But, like always, we are going to try to make it work! So Ali Kat will be bringing SOME of the Revelators but ALL of the FUNK to this special Saturday evening show.
To make sure the larger band is still reasonably compensated, there will be a modest cover charge ($10) but we are confident you’ll get your money’s worth.
