Zombie Stiltwalker

When we were dry-hopping the last keg of Stiltwalker from our latest batch it must not have gotten sealed fully so it ended up getting oxidized. We couldn’t serve it anymore so we pulled it out of the fridge and planned to turn it into one of our Ancora beers.

However - the yeast had other plans! While it sat in the warm Spring temperatures the yeast woke back up, refermented the beer a bit more, and cleaned up the oxidized character - bringing this keg of Stiltwalker back to life!

Now it’s back from the dead but a bit more bitter and intense than the last batch - hence Zombie Stiltwalker!
