A riff on Brotzeit, our German Golden Lager that has been “dry petaled” with rose petals. We’re not huge horse-racing fans here but we do enjoy the Derby Day festivities & traditions. So we got into the “Run for the Roses” spirit with this unique small batch experiment.

And yes, it should be called “B-ROSE-zeit” but we spared our poor beertenders from trying to hear that very, very subtle distinction. You can try to order it that way. You have a low probability of success.
