Another Sour IPA recipe, we are experimenting with different base beers & hop combinations. This base beer is very high in wheat & oats which we think might balance well against the sourness. We chose Nelson Sauvin Hops for this batch as they have a pronounced fruity, white wine character that seems to compliment this fruity yeast.
