Batch I
Cascade, Galaxy, Centennial Hops We get pineapple, stone fruit & melon on the nose, a wave of chocolatey malt, then a snappy hoppy finish.
Batch II
Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo We get potent resiney hop aromas (not quite piney), still fruity but more grapefruit / orange than tropical.
