Previous peach experiments produced very subtle peach notes regardless of the dose. We used 3-4 times as much as other fruit purees but still got very mild fruit flavor. So we decided to spice things up a bit and let the peach be a background note to a hefty dose of organic ginger. The result is boldly spicy from A to Zed. Much like Ginger Spice! Well, actually more like ginger-spice. Geri Haliwell was hot but in a totally different way.
I won’t go wasting, your precious time.
The peach provides a soft, fruity, almost creamy base for this experiment which pushes the line between beer and peach / ginger soda.
