Prova #12
Those of you who visited us early on may remember Prova #1 and Prova #2 which were both explored the interplay of Belgian Yeast and Hops. In case you’re wondering, it’s because we love Belgian Styles and we’d like to brew them more often, but we need to be able to re-use that yeast in a hop-forward beer to keep our lineup balanced. This one shows good promise.
