Prova #6
Prova #6 is the sixth beer in our Experimental Series. We have a special connection with Brasserie Dieu du Ciel. As a fluent French speaker / beer nerd, Jen made fast friends with the bartender at Brasserie Dieu du Ciel’s brewpub in Montreal. They discussed beer and our dream to one day open a place of our own and well – we eneded up sipping our way thru their entire lineup. To this day, Rosee D’Hibiscus has always stuck out to me as an exceptional spiced beer. We’ve tried making a few beers with Hibiscus flowers and getting the dosage just right as still proved illusive. We shall see how this goes.
