Prova #5
Prova #5 is the fifth beer in our Experimental Series. We want to explore interaction of fruits in a neutral, tart wheat beer. This combines blood orange and cherry. The bulk of the sugars are fermented to naturally carbonate the beer leaving their fruity essence behind with just a touch of sweetness.
