Pompeii Peach

We dosed a batch of Vesuvio with Applewood Smoked Peaches to deepen the smokey character and add some Summery fruit notes. The initial blend was VERY BOLD so we have blended it back to a less assertive level, resulting in a subtle fruity take on this smoky & malty beer.
