Key lime Koldproof

In our younger days, we’d regularly participate in the lakeside ritual of jamming a slice of lime in a bottle of Corona. This helped to *ahem* cover up some of the “corona-ness” and to transform an OK beer into an ultra refreshing beverage for a steamy summer day. As homage to those bygone days, we’ve added key lime puree to a small batch of our Koldproof Kolsch for a hint of tartness reminiscent of key lime pie.
