Holy Spumoni!

Ok, now usually I don’t do this but…we kinda’ made a dessert beer. But James! Your principles! You are always talking about “Beer Flavored Beer” how could you besmirch the good Luppoleto name! Simple. Collaboration.

When we collaborate on a recipe, we are a bit less strict about adhering to historical styles. I still have my boundaries so we used real pistachios, real vanilla beans and 100% cherry puree to deliver the Spumoni flavors for this BrewHeads collab. Since they are all blended into one beverage its somewhat difficult to taste each distinctive flavor – especially because vanilla is so bold – but if you squint your tongue a bit you can make out the layers.
