Michelle Hawran is a visual artist from Windsor, CT. Since graduating with a BFA from the University of Connecticut in 2016, Michelle splits her time between making dizzyingly colorful nostalgic paintings in her at home studio, and teaching art to adults, teens, and children at the Windsor Art Center. Her work is modern, yet timeless— breathing new life into old photos with a bright, saturated color palette that makes snapshots of the past seem like moments of real life right in front of you.
