Craig Gilbert

Craig Gilbert is a New Haven, CT artist with a long-standing history of expression; dating back to his toddler stage, dragging a crayon along the wall of his bedroom or later, illustrating stories for local newspapers, and as a graphic designer/illustrator for New England Brewing, Long Ireland Brewing, and Steady Habit Brewing.

Craig’s work has been shown in galleries, coffee shops, breweries, on many beer labels, and upon the walls of households across the country.

His concept and the name of his work, FLOW, is non-descriptive and allows the viewer to see what they want without being told what to see. Some people view comforting ease while others see manic obsession. Is it spit or is it star dust? One sees fractals and maps while another sees viruses. And all interpretations are correct.
